This service is a personal archiving tool that helps users back up their own karaoke recordings to their own computer or their own Google Drive. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Smule, Inc. or Google LLC.
You may use the service only for content you created or have the right to download. You can back up your recordings only while you are signed in to your own Smule account.
Current prices are shown on the home page. Payments are processed by the payment provider's secure infrastructure. The paid service delivers your files immediately, so by starting a download or backup you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends at that point; the purchase is then non-refundable. If you have not started any download or backup, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, less the non-refundable transaction fee retained by the payment provider. See the Refund Policy.
The cloud-backup subscription can be cancelled at any time; service continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Backed-up files live in your own Drive and remain yours after cancellation.
The service is provided "as is". If changes on third-party platforms (Smule, Google) disrupt the service, a reasonable resolution period applies; if service becomes permanently impossible, the remaining period is refunded. No liability is accepted for indirect damages.
