Refund Policy

SingVault is a subscription service for backing up your own Smule recordings. A free tier lets you try the service before subscribing.

Service delivery & refund eligibility: Because the paid service delivers your files immediately, starting a download or backup means the service has been delivered. You confirm this in a clear prompt before any download begins. Once you start a download or backup, the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived and the purchase is non-refundable.
Before any download: If you have not started any download or backup, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Such refunds are issued minus the non-refundable transaction fee retained by our payment provider (typically under USD 1.50, depending on plan).
Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Files already saved to your own device or Google Drive remain yours.
