SingVault helps you back up your own karaoke recordings to your own computer or your own Google Drive. This policy describes the limited information we process.

Information we process

Subscription: the information needed to provide and renew your subscription. We do not collect your name or identity.
Google Drive (optional): if you turn on cloud backup, your permission to save your backups to your own Google Drive. We do not access anything else in your Drive.
Technical data: limited data such as your IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse.

What we do not do

We do not store your recordings or media on our servers; your files go directly to your computer or your Google Drive. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not use it for advertising. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third parties

Google Drive — only if you enable cloud backup.
Payment provider — to process payments.

Data retention and your rights

We keep the limited information above while your subscription is active. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time, and you may request deletion of your data by contacting us; requests are handled within 30 days. You have the rights provided under applicable law.
